OUR STORY
From our island home to your table
I'm May, born and raised in Batanes, Philippines. My love for food started in my mums kitchen and grew into a journey that has brought me to the beautiful Isle of Lewis.
May's kitchen is my dream - a place where comforting daytime favourites meet refined evening dining, inspired by my travels, my island home and the amazing Hebridean produce.
